SIGN UP NOW FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF FREE ELECTRONIC POLICY & FORM DELIVERY

The New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association has introduced electronic delivery. Now, in addition to receiving your paper documents in the mail, you can also receive policies, bills, monthly producer statements, and more via e-mail the same day they are produced at NYPIUA. This will provide you with prompt delivery of these important documents. No more relying on the mail. They can be stored in your personal computer or printed in your office allowing you to better serve your clients.

You can sign up for this free service in a number of ways :

  • Take a quick visit to our web site and sign up by clicking the "submit Your E-mail Address" icon. Enter your producer name and address in the comments field, enter your e-mail address in the area provided, and click "submit" , or
  • E-mail your name, address, and e-mail address to fairplan@nypiua.com . 
That's all it takes ! We do the rest.

From that point on, anytime there is policy activity which results in a document being produced, you will receive it electronically before it gets physically mailed.
