This program will provide an estimated quote for dwelling property in New York State. It generates rates which should result in a close approximation of the final premium and is for information purposes only.

Note: NYPIUA assumes no liability for any errors in the program or the premium calculation nor has it a legal obligation to insure any risk.

As you start using the 'Dwelling Premium Quotation' program, complete all necessary information. To select various options within the categories (i.e. City/Borough, Construction, etc.), move the cursor to the arrow in that particular category. Then, click and drag the mouse down to display and choose the desired option. For any risk location outside New York City, you  must know and select the correct Protection Class.
