To View a Policy

TO ALL NYPIUA PRODUCERS

 

This function can only be accessed by the use of an online security code. To obtain one, E-mail the "NYPIUA Web master" by clicking  Security Code Request. 
This inquiry allows you to view your policy. To begin inquiry, you must enter your 10-digit policy number and a 2-digit policy suffix number, if you know it.

If more than one policy declaration page is found, a 'hit list' will appear on your computer showing the issued date and policy type. You may find any one of the following five types of policy declaration pages:

1) N DEC -- New Business Policy Declaration Page
2) R DEC -- Renewal Policy Declaration Page
3) E DEC -- Endorsed Policy Declaration Page
4) X DEC -- Reissued Policy Declaration Page
5) D DEC -- Duplicate Policy Declaration Page

If you have obtained a security code (pin #)  from NYPIUA , you may proceed.
